Reunited part 2

Miss Alison, (the adoption directer) had told me to take an airplane to my new family’s house. Then I would take a bus to the bus stop and walk to their house, it all sounded so easy but I knew it wouldn’t be! After the plane ride I felt better though! Maybe I could share a room with addy! The bus was so cool, a car with no seatbelts! But I was pretty scared about walking two blocks to my new home!

Finally I reached my new home! It was a beautiful three story house with many windows! I took a deep breath and opened the door!

Reunited part 1

I was in the American girls orphanage walking back and fourth, my head was buzzing with thoughts and questions! Some about fashion, some about friends, but mostly about my older sister addy walker! I don’t remember her to well because I was only three when she and momma snuck out of the slave quarters but I know she will find me some day! I actually found a book about her in the library called Addy Finding Freedom but it was wrong about a lot of things, for instance it said I was one year old when addy left but I was three! “Bed time kids!” Yelled one of the workers so I got in bed clutching my only item of addy’s her doll Janie.

I woke up the next morning to find a delicious smell coming from the kitchen and sure enough there was oatmeal with fruit! I was about to have a bite when the woman in charge of the orphanage tapped me. I turned around, “miss Annie Esther Walker a letter has just arrived from a woman telling me that she has found your sister addy and would like you to come and stay with her!” I gasped, “really?” “Yes Annie Esther go pack!” I rushed up stairs and through Janie and my clothes all into my glittery back pack!

The Harry Potter section of universal

My favorite part of universal was the Harry Potter Area the shops were fascinating and everything was just how it looked in the movies!

Blaire’s birthday

I know Blaire’s b-day is the 18th but we are going to be gone for it because of spring break! So we are celebrating a little early.

This is Blaire! Gwynn really wanted to be in the photo as well! (Ha!Ha!)

We are doing gifts and treats when we get home though. Blaire just told me to say that she can’t wait till her birthday and that she made a new dish at her restaurant! Gwynn also wanted me to say that she is working really hard on ice skating and has almost mastered a new move!🤣
